Keke Palmer’s ex Darius Jackson was seen in public for the first time since she was granted a restraining order against him for alleged domestic violence.
In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, he was spotted on his way to a friend’s house in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon, where he stayed for about 45 minutes before returning to his own home.
Jackson — who also goes by Darius Daulton — was dressed in a sweatshirt with “King” emblazoned on the front paired with green shorts that put his leg tattoo on full display.
He matched the casual outfit with a pair of Crocs and accessorized with an Eagles baseball cap and a brown crossbody bag.
The Eagles hat appeared to be the same one he was wearing in the security footage that Palmer, 30, submitted of him allegedly attacking her as evidence for her restraining order request.
In addition to filing a restraining order against Jackson, 29, the “Nope” actress petitioned for full custody of their 8-month-old son, Leo, citing several instances of alleged verbal and physical abuse.
Specifically recalling an alleged incident on Nov. 5, she wrote in court documents obtained by Pvnew that the personal trainer “lunged at me, grabbing at my neck and face, knocked me backwards over the couch, stole my phone out of my hands and then ran out of the house.”
In another alleged episode of abuse, Palmer claimed Darius became “enraged” in February 2022 after she showed him a photo of herself in a bikini to document the progress in her fitness journey.
“In the bedroom, he slammed me on the floor and slapped my head from side to side,” she wrote in the court filing.
“The next morning, he was standing at the bottom of the stairs near the front door, screaming at me as I was coming down the stairs.”
A temporary restraining order was granted by a Los Angeles County judge Friday. The order requires Jackson to remain at a minimum of 100 yards away from Palmer and their child.
The “Hustlers” star and Jackson had dated off and on since the beginning in 2021. They welcomed their son in February.
In her court filing, Palmer said their son gave her the strength to leave Jackson for good.
“Leo is the most important thing in the entire world to me; he needs and deserves to be safe and grow up in an environment free from violence,” she wrote.
“Unfortunately, ending my relationship with Darius has not ended his abuse — if anything, he is even more unhinged, volatile and dangerous to both me and our son,” she added.
The legal drama has come as a “big surprise” to those close to the now-exes, an insider told People Friday.
The source added that the two arrived at an event last month for Palmer’s streaming network, KeyTV, and appeared to be getting along well.
“The baby was there, everybody. Darius went to support her, they were all congratulating her,” they said.
However, the Nickelodeon alum’s mother, Sharon Palmer, claimed in a video on Instagram that she has known for quite some time that Jackson was abusive toward her daughter.
She made the rare public comment after Darius’ brother, Sarunas Jackson, seemingly weighed in on the situation in a since-deleted tweet.
“I went to Sarunas over a year ago and told him that his brother was abusive to my daughter, and he said, ‘Well, I used to be like that too,'” Sharon alleged.
“So now he’s posting on Twitter like he’s this special guy when we know he’s the biggest f—kboy in Hollywood; he’s disrespectful to women just like his brother.”
Sarunas has since denied her allegations.
