Seagram heiress Hannah Bronfman and her influencer husband, Brendan Fallis, gave fans a peek inside their lavish New York City digs.
TikToker Caleb Simpson, known for his spur of the moment house tours, asked the couple if he could film a video in their downtown Manhattan apartment.
The clip, which has racked up more than 14 million views since it was posted Wednesday, showed Simpson running into Fallis on the street.
“How much do you pay for rent in New York?” he asked the DJ, 43, who explained that they own their apartment and pay a mortgage of $4,300/month.
once inside the multi-story apartment, Bronfman, 36, showed off the floor-to-ceiling bookshelves in their living room, which featured a glass roof.
“The guy who owned this apartment used to be the rare book curator at Strand Bookstore,” she said, referencing the historic New York book shop.
Simpson then exclaimed that the couple had the “best bar [he’d] ever seen in New York City” as the camera panned to a marble countertop and an elaborate coffee-making setup.
He then ventured upstairs to the couple’s lofted bedroom, where Fallis showed off his “magic trick” by pressing a button that immediately frosted the glass walls.
“This is our cashmere wall,” he added, pointing to the opposite side of the bedroom.
He then took Simpson inside their marble bathroom, featuring a free standing bathtub and a high-tech toilet.
The apartment also boasts a massive walk-in closet and a media room on the lower level.
“This is a house, it’s not an apartment,” the TikToker said.
At the end of the clip, Fallis revealed the couple had completely gutted the apartment, which originally had an arch and two pillars.
“The way my jaw dropped when they said they removed the columns
