Lisa Hochstein is blasting her estranged husband for not spending “substantive time” with their two kids amid their divorce.
The “Real Housewives of Miami” star filed a response on May 26 to Lenny Hochstein’s claims that she shoved him during a recent “tirade” at their Star Island, Fla., mansion, claiming the plastic surgeon has “abused” her in the past and that she fears for her and their children’s “safety.”
In the documents, obtained by Pvnew exclusively, Lisa shoots down Lenny’s allegations that she spends “very little time” with Logan, 7, and Elle, 3, and uses a “hands off” approach to parenting, insisting that the soon-to-be exes always employed a nanny to assist with childcare.
Instead, she argues, Lenny “comes in and out of” their once-shared estate but does not “dedicate any substantive time beyond these fleeting unannounced gestures.”
The Bravolebrity, 40, also admits that she does not permit her two kids to spend the night at Lenny’s new residence because of her “deep concerns” about his girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, despite Lisa now dating entrepreneur Jody Glidden.
“[Lisa] fears that exposure to [Mazepa] is not in the best interests of the children,” her attorneys say in the filing. “But importantly, [Lenny] does not truly have the time and inclination to spend overnights with the children.”
Lisa further adds that she has “always devoted herself” to being a good mom to their children and remains the primary caretaker.
The “boob god,” 56, filed for divorce from the reality star in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage. The dissolution has been acrimonious from the start, with the estranged couple fighting over everything from their prenuptial agreement to Lisa’s access to Lenny’s Instacart account.
Lisa recently proved victorious in one of their legal battles when the judge ruled that Lenny had to pay her $8,000 per month in temporary support.
He also ruled that Lenny had to put $60,000 toward Lisa’s legal fees as well as maintain the “status quo” for his kids, which means paying for their tuition, summer camps and more.
