Garcelle Beauvais would be “shocked and sad” if the Dorit Kemsley and Paul “PK” Kemsley separation rumors are true.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star reacted to the split speculation while appearing on “Watch What Happens Live” Wednesday night.
“I know Dorit, that if it’s true, she will be devastated,” Beauvais added.
Meanwhile, “Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Nepola expressed her concerns about the frequent marriage troubles amid “Housewives” cast members.
“I’m so scared. I’m about to quit the show because I feel like all the ladies get divorced,” she stated bluntly.
There have been rumblings about Dorit and PK breaking up for quite some time.
Last year, her castmate Erika Jayne even predicted they would be the next franchise couple to call it quits.
However, the pair addressed the gossip via a joint statement to People last week.
“We remain committed to working through these issues as a united couple for our family,” they said.
“We have not separated nor are we planning to do so. Rather, we are focused on healing, making changes and doing the things that many couples have to do at some point in their marriage.”
“We would be grateful for everyone’s understanding,” the couple continued.
“We are doing what we can to focus on the best interests of our family, as opposed to spending our time contending with rumors and hearsay that are not true.”
Dorit, 47, opened up more specifically about the challenging times in her marriage during an appearance on Pvnew’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast Wednesday.
“The last couple of years, post-home invasion, have been very difficult for me,” the reality star explained.
Dorit experienced a scary armed robbery at her Encino, Calif., home in 2021 when her two kids, Jagger and Phoenix — who are now 9 and 7, respectively — were also in the house.
Then, in December 2022, she was followed by three men who stole $10,000 in cash from her while she was out Christmas shopping.
“There’s no area of your life that it doesn’t touch,” Dorit continued. “And my husband, who travels for work and he was traveling the most that year … was the year that I needed him the most.”
“It definitely took a toll and we had our challenges,” she added.
Dorit said that PTSD from the home invasion “really grabbed hold of” her and affected all areas of her life, not just her marriage.
“And with the second robbery, it threw me back in tenfold,” she added.
She continued to explain that she and PK, 56, are nowhere near divorce, but they have certainly felt “disconnected.”
“PK and I, we really are very co-dependent and connected,” Dorit said. “So it’s the first time in the 13 years we’ve been together that we felt this disconnect.”
The Beverly Beach creator then reiterated that she and PK have “never separated.”
“We had our challenges and we continued to work through them and get better and better and stronger and that’s not always something that happens overnight,” she said.
Dorit and PK, a real estate developer, tied the knot in 2015 after meeting in 2011 through mutual friends.
