Ariana Madix finally confirmed that Tom Sandoval hooked up with the now-famous “Miami Girl” after years of speculation.
During Wednesday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” Madix revealed that her ex and the mystery woman did, in fact, have sex.
She explained that the tryst happened before she and Sandoval became ”exclusive,” but kept the secret for years in order to protect the man she once loved.
Madix accused Sandoval of cheating on her with a girl from Miami at the beginning of their relationship.
The TomTom owner publicly denied the allegations for years, but insinuated on Wednesday’s ”Vanderpump Rules” Season 10 finale that he had been lying this whole time.
While chatting with Scheana Shay, who said she “always thought” the rumors that were “true,” Sandoval admitted to cheating on Ariana twice before his affair with Raquel Leviss.
“Ariana has always known the truth about that,” he said when asked specifically about “Miami Girl,” whose real name is Annemarie Kunkel.
“So other than Miami girl, this is the first time you ever cheated on Ariana?” Shay pressed, to which Sandoval replied, “There was one other time.”
“Just a random person?” Shay asked, prompting Sandoval to respond, “Yeah. Well, no. It’s not fair. I’m not going into it.”
He didn’t reveal the identity of the third woman, but Madix said on ”WWHL” that she has a ”guess” on who the mystery suitor is.
“Shes not in the show universe,” Madix told Andy Cohen.

Sandoval’s months-long affair with co-star Leviss was outed in early March.
Madix’s appearance on the late-night talk show followed the explosive finale — which showed exactly what happened after she uncovered Sandoval and Leviss’ affair — aired.
In addition to several shocking conversations and bombshell accusations, Madix revealed that her ex-boyfriend affair with her ex-best friend began right after her dog Charlotte died in early August 2022.
At the time, the former pageant queen, 28, told Madix that she only kissed Sandoval, 40.
However, the self-proclaimed musician later confessed to his girlfriend of nearly ten years that he and Leviss “actually f–ked in her car that night.”
Madix also confirmed Pvnew’s previous reports that she discovered the months-long dalliance upon seeing a sexually explicit video of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone after a Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras concert on March 1.
“I found a screen recording of them on FaceTime. It was literally from the night before,” Madix said on Wednesday’s finale.
The Something about Her co-founder subsequently dumped Sandoval and the affair sent shockwaves through the Bravoverse when it was exposed two days later.
The Scandoval aftermath will continue to play out on the highly anticipated three-part reunion where she’ll confront both Sandoval and Leviss.
The trailer teases one particularly heated conversation where she slams her ex-best friend for being “diabolical, demented, [and] subhuman.”
Meanwhile, her co-star James Kennedy nearly gets into a physical fight with Sandoval after calling him a “worm with a mustache” and “poo poo head.”
