Miley Cyrus revealed she met her boyfriend, Maxx Morando, the old-fashioned way.
“We got put on a blind date,” the “Hannah Montana” alum, 30, told British Vogue in an interview published Thursday.
“Well, it was blind for me and not really for him,” she clarified.
Cyrus began dating the 24-year-old musician “a couple of summers” ago, according to the outlet, however, this is the first time she’s spoken about him publicly.
“I thought, ‘The worst that can happen is I leave,’” she said of their first meeting.
When Morando called the “Flowers” singer in the middle of the interview, “Tyrone” by Erykah Badu began playing.
“I call that ‘boyfriend sexy ringtone,” she said, noting that she doesn’t normally carry her phone.
“My boyfriend brings his phone and I don’t bring one,” she explained.
The couple first sparked romance rumors in November 2021 when they were spotted getting cozy at the Gucci Love Parade runway show.
The Liily drummer then attended “Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party,” which she co-hosted with Pete Davidson, in Miami on NBC.
Their love was eventually confirmed when they were seen packing on the PDA in West Hollywood last April.
The daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus locked lips with her new beau and wrapped her arms around him during the steamy make-out sesh.
Their next public appearance came almost one year later when they were seen holding hands at a Versace show in Los Angeles before she dropped her latest album, “Endless Summer Vacation,” in March 2023.
A source told E! News last October that their relationship was “very serious.”
“Miley and Maxx are still going strong and their relationship is very serious,” the insider dished at the time.
“They have been together for about a year now and Miley is really happy. Everyone in her family loves them together and thinks they mesh really well.”
The source added that Miley was “in a good place.”
The “Wrecking Ball” singer was previously married to actor Liam Hemsworth from 2018 to 2020.
The pair started dating in 2009 after meeting on the set of “The Last Song” and were on-again, off-again for years before secretly marrying in December 2018.
However, the following August, Miley announced that they were separating.
A few days later, the “Hunger Games” actor filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the split.
After the divorce, the “We Can’t Stop” singer moved on with Brody Jenner’s ex-girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter for a short-lived fling, before dating Cody Simpson for 10 months until they called it quits in August 2020.
