Soap star Haley Pullos was arrested after allegedly driving under the influence and causing a car accident that left one person severely injured, according to a new report.
The “General Hospital” star — known for playing Molly Lansing-Davis on the ABC show — drove into oncoming traffic on a freeway in Pasadena, Calif., on April 29, according to a police report obtained by TMZ Wednesday.
She was reportedly going 60 mph when she swerved and flew over a barrier before hitting another car head-on.
Pullos, 24, was stuck inside her totaled vehicle and unable to exit when authorities arrived, according to the outlet.
Photos provided by the Pasadena Fire Department in the aftermath of the crash show one of the cars was completely smashed in the front and unable to be recovered.
While firefighters assessed Pullos’ injuries after finally being able to free her, she allegedly became “violent” and shouted, “This is a $400 f–king shirt!” per TMZ.
Cops reportedly found weed edibles and mini bottles of tequila inside the actress’ car.
After she was taken to a hospital, officers reported that Pullos had the “smell of alcohol on her breath, slurred speech and watery eyes,” and so she was arrested for DUI.
She was reportedly also confrontational with hospital staff, causing them to sedate her.
The other individual involved in the car accident was hospitalized with “major injuries,” per the report.
A source close to production tells us “General Hospital” is still looking into the incident and will release a statement when they do.
Reps for Pullos and the Pasadena Police Department did not immediately return Pvnew’s requests for comment.
The “Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia” alum has not addressed her arrest on social media either.
However, she recently spoke with Soap Opera Digest about the car accident but seemingly downplayed the seriousness of the incident by saying she was taking a “temporary medical leave” from the long-running soap series.
“Unfortunately, I was involved in an automobile accident, and I’m doing OK, but I am going to need a little time to recover,” Pullos said. “I will be back as soon as possible!”
