Jeff Bezos and girlfriend Lauren Sánchez have finally set sail on his brand-new superyacht.
The couple was photographed relaxing on board the $500 million ship as they made their way along the coast of Spain on Monday afternoon.
The pair, who started dating in 2019, basked in the sunshine before taking a look around the massive ship — which is considered to be the tallest sailing yacht in the world, measuring 230ft tall.
Although they didn’t show any PDA, the couple sunbathed side by side — despite there being plenty of seating options.
While the ship — complete with a helipad and pool — accommodates 18 guests, Bezos and Sánchez decided to take it out for a spin on their own before inviting some of their A-list friends on board.
Bezos started construction on the boat, which is named Koru, in 2018 after putting down half a billion dollars for the vessel.
It was completed nearly five years later in March 2023.
Bezos will also have to shell out about $25 million a year to run the ship, but that won’t be a problem for Bezos whose net worth was recently valued at $114 billion.
Aside from his superyacht, Bezos also owns a fleet of helicopters, private planes and multi-million dollar properties.
In 2020, Bezos dropped $165 million for a 10-acre property in Beverly Hills, where he plans to build a 29,000-square-foot megamansion.
However, construction on the home seems to be at a standstill after Bezos’ net worth dropped $57 billion last year due to a massive drop in Amazon’s stock price.
Despite the hit, it appears the couple still lives large and is very much in love.
Prior to his relationship with Sánchez, Bezos was married to MacKenzie Scott, whom he divorced in April 2019 after 25 years of marriage.
The former couple share four children.
Similarly, Sánchez was married to Patrick Whitesell for 13 years.
The twosome settled their divorce in October 2019.
