Kim Kardashian is peeling back the curtain on her “frustrating” feud with Kourtney Kardashian — and where the sisters stand now.
During a “Today” show appearance Tuesday, the Skims creator said the upcoming third season of “The Kardashians” is the “most emotional” their family has ever filmed.
When Savannah Guthrie asked Kim whether she was referring to her ups and downs with Kourtney, the makeup mogul replied, “We’ve been there before, and we’ll always be OK.
“We’re always family,” she continued. “That’s how we were raised.”
Kim, 42, noted, however, that her strained relationship with the Poosh creator, 44, has gone through “cycles” since filming wrapped.
“You film it, we think we’re good, and we make up, then you edit it, and I’m seeing all the things she’s saying behind my back and she’s saying all the things I’m saying behind her back, and the tension rises all over again,” she explained.
“It gets really tricky, and it gets really emotional. But at the end of the day, we still love sharing our life.”
The siblings’ feud made headlines in April when the Hulu reality show’s trailer depicted drama surrounding Kourtney’s May 2022 wedding in Portofino, Italy, to Travis Barker.
“My sister used my wedding as a business opportunity,” the bride claimed in a confessional, adding that it was not a “misunderstanding” but who Kim is “to the core.”
Kim defended herself in a later clip, saying, “I’m really confused at how this narrative came into her head. Like, I couldn’t have been more mindful.”
The sisters’ family members had mixed feelings about the disagreement, with Khloé Kardashian confirming Kourtney felt “livid.”
While Kendall Jenner said Kourtney thought her “wedding vibes were … stripped from her,” she and Kylie Jenner clarified that they could “see both sides.”
While Kim and Kourtney did not address the argument when the teaser aired, the law school student added fuel to the fire when she seemingly shaded Kourtney’s Las Vegas nuptials later that same month.
After Kim officiated Chris Appleton and Lukas Gage’s Sin City wedding on April 22, she wrote, “There’s no one I would have officiated a rock n roll Vegas wedding for other than @chrisappleton1 and @lukasgage.”
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum subsequently edited her Instagram caption to read, “I was so honored to be able to officiate a wedding in Vegas!!!”
Fans were quick to call out the “petty” switch, with one Reddit user writing, “This is absolutely shady. She didn’t just say Las Vegas wedding, she had to throw in rock n roll too.”
