James Middleton has graduated from proud uncle to doting dad!
News broke on Thursday that Kate Middleton and Pippa Middleton’s brother and his wife, Alizee Thevenet, have welcomed their first baby.
The new parents were spotted pushing a stroller while on a walk Tuesday, in photos obtained by the Daily Mail.
The couple have yet to share their child’s name, sex or date of birth.
James, 36, told his Instagram followers about their pregnancy news in a July Instagram post.
“We couldn’t be more excited… well Mable might be,” he captioned Thevenet’s baby bump debut, referencing their pet.
“It was a very difficult start to the year after losing my beloved [dog] Ella,” the entrepreneur went on to write. “However, we will end the year with the most precious little addition to our growing family.”
Before becoming parents, James celebrated the arrival of six nieces and nephews.

Kate, 41, was the first of his siblings to have children, with the Princess of Wales giving birth to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis in 2013, 2015 and 2018, respectively.
As for Pippa, the 40-year-old socialite and her husband, James Matthews, share Arthur, 4, Grace, 2, and Rose, 1.
James gushed about his role during a November 2014 “Good Morning America” interview.
Not only did the businessman talk about wanting to be the “best uncle possible,” but he also outlined goals to be seen as “cool” and “fun” to the little ones in his life.
While James does not often talk about his nieces and nephews, he is an avid dog lover who often praises the pups in his life.
He even told “Lorraine” viewers in March 2020 that his pets “saved” his life.
James, who has spoken candidly about his battle with depression, explained, “They’re incredible companions, that go further than sometimes humans can, in way of rehabilitation.”
