Maybe next time she’ll think before she inks.
Carrie Underwood delighted her fans when she debuted a delicate new arm tattoo she received during a sentimental girls’ trip with her sisters-in-law.
Underwood, 40, shared the fresh ink with her Instagram followers, writing, “Sisters…not by blood…but sisters nonetheless,” in her sweet caption, where she shared vacation snaps with the women.
“God truly showed us great favor by putting us all together. These ladies are strong, kind and faithful and I’m so happy I get to do life with them!!!” the star continued.
“From the beach to the tattoo parlor, Destin didn’t know what hit it!” Underwood wrote.
The four ladies — including Underwood’s husband Mike Fisher’s sister Meredith and the wives of their two brothers — received their delicate tats at Emerald Coast Piercing and Tattoo while vacationing in Destin, Fla.
The “American Idol” alum showed off her detailed new pale pink flower with a yellow center and green stem, while the others chose varying ink of their own, including birds and a bouquet.
“Imagine just walking down the beach in destin and it’s Carrie underwood lord i’d collapse lol,” one follower joked in the comments section.
“This is the most normal girls trip I’ve ever seen a celebrity in and I love it so much!!” another complimented.
A fan approved by writing, “That tat is DREAMY.”
Others called the ink “cuuuute” and Underwood “lucky” for her strong family relationships.
The Grammy winner has been married to her husband for over a decade after they wed on July 10, 2010 during a secretive ceremony, where even guests didn’t know the location in advance.
The fitness aficionado and the former NHL player – who played for the Ottawa Senators and Nashville Predators – are parents to sons Isaiah and Jacob.
The “Jesus, Take the Wheel” singer often gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at her life on social media, whether she’s showing off her closet or sharing her political views.
We’ll hope for a glimpse at her next beach trip, too.
