Halle Bailey transformed into Ariel on the blue carpet at the “Little Mermaid” premiere Monday night.
Bailey, who’s playing the Disney princess in the forthcoming film, wore a custom strapless Valdrin Sahiti gown fittingly designed to resemble splashing water.
The gleaming metallic design even included shell-shaped cups on the bodice, nodding to Ariel’s purple scallop top from the movie.
The Albanian fashion designer — who counts Beyoncé, Paris Hilton, Kylie Jenner and Khloé Kardashian as fans — shared a video with close-ups of the iridescent dress on Instagram, and its followers went wild.
“There could not have been a better dress. Exceptional,” one remarked.
On Twitter, fans unanimously adored the sleek, water-inspired look, calling Bailey “stunnninggg” and “The most beautiful mermaid.”
One fan wrote, “ever since she entered her disney princess era halle bailey’s fashion has just become ELITE,” as another responded, “she literally has not been missing it’s been consistent serve after serve.”
Heidi Klum, Melissa McCarthy, Cardi B, John Stamos and Awkwafina also hit the blue carpet for the much-anticipated world premiere.
Beyoncé’s protégé — who was shocked by the racist messages she received about her casting — has been getting into character lately.
In March, she celebrated her 23rd birthday in a string bikini while vacationing in Jamaica.
The live-action “Little Mermaid” movie hits theaters May 26.
