There’s nothing holding them back.
Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were spotted getting cozy on a date night together in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The exes were spotted hugging as they greeted each other for a comedy show at Hollywood Improv on Melrose Avenue. The “Señorita” collaborators were also seen chatting, giggling and smiling at each other outside the venue.
Mendes, 24, and Cabello, 26, then headed to the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.
The “Cinderella” actress wore a black blazer dress over a white dress shirt and a pair of black open-toed heels.
The “Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile” star rocked a cream turtleneck and tan slacks. He paired his date night look with a pair of black dress shoes.
Their latest outing comes three weeks after they set the internet on fire by sharing a passionate kiss at Coachella.
On April 14. the “Havana” singer and the “Mercy” crooner were caught on video by onlookers smiling at each other before going in for a steamy kiss.
The pair also danced the night away as they celebrated with friends.
Though fans were confused about whether the smooch meant that Mendes and Cabello were dating, a source told Pvnew that they were “not back together.”
“Shawn and Camila remain friends with a lot of love and history between them, but they aren’t dating again,” the insider told us last month.
“They’ve stayed in touch since their breakup and decided to meet up at Coachella since they were both going.”
The source explained the Coachella kiss, saying, “one thing led to another as the night progressed,” adding that it was just “a one-off.”
However, Mendes and Cabello have been seen together on several other occasions following the music festival.
The week after their Coachella reunion, they were seen holding hands while strolling down Santa Monica Boulevard.
A separate source told us that they are “enjoying getting reacquainted and seeing where it goes,” noting that the exes “care about each other a lot.”
Mendes and the former Fifth Harmony began dating in 2019.
They dated for two years before calling it quits in November 2021.
At the time, they announced their breakup on social media in a joint statement, saying that though they were ending their “romantic relationship,” they would “will continue to be best friends.”
