Camila Cabello revealed she lost her virginity at 20 to ex-boyfriend Matthew Hussey.
The “Havana” singer recalled meeting the dating expert on the set of the “Today” show in 2018 during an appearance on the “Armchair Expert” podcast Monday.
“I was outside where they had the TV with the scripts. I had actually listened to his podcast before,” she said, referring to Hussey’s “Love Life” podcast.

Cabello, 27, said she approached the British life coach, 36, and told him that she was “such a fan.”
“So we went to dinner that night and that was my first relationship. It was late for my first relationship. I was 20,” she continued.
When host Dax Shepard asked if the pop star was having sex before her romance with Hussey, she responded, “No! That was my first time having sex. First love-making was at 20, 21. … It was literally love-making. It was beautiful.”
Cabello continued, “He was a really great person. It was like the perfect first relationship. It really expanded my world because he wasn’t in my industry too.”
She added, “It was like, oh my God, have you ever seen ‘Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown’ and have you ever seen Studio Ghibli films?’ He just really expanded my references.”
The “Into It” songstress shared that her ex is now married to Audrey Le Strat, whom he tied the knot with in October 2023.
But overall, she referred to 2018 as being a “great year,” adding, “I really want this year to be similar for me.”
Hussey and Cabello called it quits in June 2019 — just days before the hitmaker’s steamy “Señorita” music video with Shawn Mendes was released.
The following month, the Fifth Harmony alum and the “Mercy” singer were spotted holding hands while walking in West Hollywood, Calif.
However, they didn’t confirm their romance until October 2019 when Mendes, 25, revealed he had been officially dating Cabello since the Fourth of July, per People.
The former couple later called it quits after two years together in November 2021.
In April 2023, the “I Know What You Did Last Summer” singers sparked reconciliation rumors when they were seen making out at Coachella.
Despite the steamy PDA session, sources told Page Six that they were not back together but ”remain friends with a lot of love and history between them.”
Following Cabello’s breakup from Mendes, she dated Lox Club CEO Austin Kevitch for about eight months before they went their separate ways in February 2023.
The “Shameless” singer was last rumored to be dating Drake after they were photographed vacationing in Turks and Caicos in December 2023.
