Katy Perry approves of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s budding romance.
The “Firework” singer gushed over her onetime frenemy’s latest headline-making relationship in an Instagram comment on Sunday.
Perry, 38, reacted to photos of the couple holding hands in New York City on Saturday night, writing, “I ship.”
Other Instagram users praised the pair in Vogue’s social media upload, with one fan calling Kelce, 34, and Swift, 33, their favorite “football captain and prom queen trope.”
Another referred to the duo as the “Victoria and David Beckham of our times.”
Perry’s stamp of approval notably comes five years after she and the “Bad Blood” singer publicly ended their years-long feud.
The singers had been on the outs for years due to Perry attempting “to sabotage an entire arena tour” by allegedly taking Swift’s backup dancers.
After Swift publicly called out Perry in a 2014 Rolling Stone interview — and the “Roar” singer seemingly labeled her rival a “Regina George in sheep’s clothing” — Perry sent Swift a literal olive branch in 2018.
“I realized how much we have in common,” the “American Idol” judge explained in a radio interview the following year. “Maybe there’s only five other people in the world that can have the same type of conversations and understand where we’re coming from.”
She continued, “We should celebrate our commonality and our friendship and be able to be there for each other.”
Perry gave an update on their friendship in March 2020, telling Stellar magazine that she and Swift had been texting “a lot.”
Swift has not commented on their now-amicable dynamic since initially thanking Perry for the olive branch in an Instagram Story.
The “Love Story” singer was dating actor Joe Alwyn throughout the feud, but she split from him earlier this year before moving on with Matty Healy and now Kelce.
The NFL player publicly pursued Swift after attending her Eras Tour in July — and the pair were “hanging out” by September.
Swift has since made headlines for attending three of the athlete’s Kansas City Chiefs games, hard-launching their romance in NYC this weekend by holding hands on multiple dates and “kissing” at a “Saturday Night Live” afterparty.
