Dean McDermott has a new woman in his life just four months after announcing his divorce from Tori Spelling.
The 56-year-old actor and Lily Calo were photographed holding hands while walking into the Department of Social Services in Los Angeles on Tuesday, according to photos obtained by the Daily Mail.
McDermott, who donned a black T-shirt and jeans, carried a large stack of white envelopes into the government office.
At one point, Calo snuggled up to her beau while looking over the paperwork to seemingly make sure it was all filled out correctly.
Despite having to wait outside for about 40 minutes, the pair seemed to be in great spirits while chatting it up with the people around them.
After finally being let inside, the brunette — who rocked pixie haircut, green jumpsuit and black Converse — and the former “Chopped Canada” host were helped for about 15 minutes before exiting the office.
The actor is reportedly living with four roommates in a five-bedroom rental home in the San Fernando Valley, according to the Daily Mail.
While it’s unclear how long the two have been dating, they seemingly met while working together at Conscious Community Global, where Calo works as a Senior Account Executive, per her linkedIn.
In fact, the new couple was first photographed last week while working together on a new project.
Like his estranged wife, the actor has seemingly fallen on hard times amid their split.
Following years of breakup rumors, McDermott announced in June that he in Spelling were pulling the plug on their marriage.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” he wrote in a since-deleted post on Instagram.
“We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time,” he added.
However, the actor deleted the post less than 24 hours later, which sources say came as a total shock to Spelling.
While neither star addressed the reason for their split, the couple have battled money issues for years due to the former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star’s shopping habits.
In fact, Spelling moved their five children into a cheap motel and later an RV over the summer after discovering toxic mold in their home — which McDermott moved out of in June.
Sources told Entertainment Tonight in August that Spelling’s “financial troubles are real” and that she is seriously “struggling monetarily” amid the split.
“The mold situation [at her house] is real, but it has been difficult for her to find a place to stay during it because her financial situation is not great,” the insider said.
However, McDermott was reportedly “mortified” by the move and believed Spelling was using the situation for attention.
Sources close to McDermott told the Daily Mail at the time that the actor thinks his estranged wife is far from “broke” and instead orchestrated the whole thing “for sympathy.”
“Dean does not think that the kids should be living like this and of course he is angry. He is furious at Tori because she is acting like a child,” the source added.
McDermott was especially frustrated that Spelling decided to stay on the campground despite being offered friend Josh Flagg’s Bel-Air mansion.
While it’s unclear where Spelling and the kids are currently living, the mother of five was recently spotted returning to work to try and get back on her feet.
