David and Victoria Beckham were dressed to the nines for a dinner date in New York City Wednesday night.
The former Spice Girl looked ravishing in her namesake fashion label’s lace-trimmed red satin midi dress ($1,250), which she styled with fishnet stockings, strappy scarlet heels and a cream-colored clutch.
She wore her hair in loose, center-parted waves for the couple’s evening out.
Meanwhile, the soccer legend looked dapper in a dark blue pinstriped suit. He wore a plain white T-shirt under his blazer and completed his look with white sneakers.
The elegant nighttime rendezvous at Fasano Restaurant occurred less than 10 days after the couple’s past hardships and David’s infidelity accusations resurfaced thanks to their new Netflix documentary, “Beckham.”
At one point in the doc, which debuted Oct. 4, the former pro athlete described the cheating allegations as one of the most challenging times in their relationship.
“I don’t know how we got through it, in all honesty,” he recalled.
“Victoria is everything to me, to see her hurt was incredibly difficult, but we’re fighters and at that time we needed to fight for each other, we needed to fight for our family.”
In 2003, rumors swirled that David was cheating on Victoria with his personal assistant, Rebecca Loos. The following year, Loos cashed in on the rumors — and what she said was her reality — by partnering with Sky News for a tell-all interview.
In the interview, she claimed the pair “connected” instantly and first got together after a late night of drinking with some pals. She then claimed they sexted regularly — but only when David made the first move.
The accusations absolutely gutted Victoria, but she revealed in the documentary that she put on a brave face to support her husband’s thriving soccer career.
“It was the most unhappy I have ever been in my entire life,” she reflected, adding that she even “resented” David at the time.
Of course, the fashion designer and Inter Miami owner made it past the allegations and have been married for 24 years.
At the time of the allegations, they had their first two boys, Brooklyn and Romeo. They then welcomed their third son, Cruz, in 2005, and their daughter and final child, Harper, in 2011, to complete their family of six.
David and Victoria also renewed their vows after the cheating drama to further solidify their commitment to one another.
“We land in London, get off the plane and were met by the same car that drove us on our wedding day,” Victoria recalled in an interview that aired on “Today With Hoda & Jenna” last week.
“We got remarried with the priest that married us all those years ago!”
