Jeremy Allen White has agreed to alcohol testing as part of his and estranged wife Addison Timlin’s custody agreement.
Per the terms, the “Bear” star will be tested five times a week when daughters Ezer, 4, and Dolores, 2, are under his care, according to legal docs obtained by Pvnew Wednesday.
If booze is found in the actor’s system, he will test again after 15 minutes — at which point, if positive, he loses custodial rights of the little ones until next steps are determined.
Additionally, the documents state that White, 32, must go to at least two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week on top of therapy.
He and Timlin, also 32, have agreed to joint legal and physical custody of the girls.
TMZ was first to report the pair’s custody agreement.
Pvnew has reached out to White and Timlin’s reps for comment.
The “Shameless” alum married Timlin in October 2019, one year after the actress gave birth to their eldest daughter. Ezer became a big sister to Dolores in December 2020.
In May, Timlin filed for divorce from her husband.
She subsequently slammed her ex in a lengthy Instagram post referring to herself as a “single mom” — a title she later changed to “co-parent.”
Timlin wrote, “It’s so f–king hard. … It’s not the natural order of things. It can be exhausting but more than anything it can just be so lonely.”
White was “blindsided” by the social media upload, sources told Pvnew in June, calling the Golden Globe winner an “involved” dad.
The Emmy nominee and Timlin have since been spotted cordially co-parenting, most recently attending Ezer’s soccer game in August.
White has seemingly moved on from their marriage, locking lips with model Ashley Moore that same month.
After their kiss was caught on camera, the pair were photographed smoking cigarettes on a lunch date and doing hot Pilates together.
