With King Charles III’s coronation around the corner, Meghan Markle’s Kate Middleton shade has resurfaced.
The “Suits” alum infamously penned a 2014 blog referencing her now-sister-in-law — and the throwback post has set tongues wagging this week.
At the time, the Duchess of Sussex wrote on her now-shuttered lifestyle website, “The Tig,” that she was tired of hearing “endless conversation” about “Princess Kate” and Prince William’s royal wedding.
In the post, which was written two years before Markle met now-husband Prince Harry, the former actress wrote that she wasn’t like other little girls who “dream of being princesses.”
Rather, she idolized the titular character in the “She-Ra: Princess of Power” show.
“For those of you unfamiliar with the ’80s cartoon reference, She-Ra is the twin sister of He-Man and a sword-wielding royal rebel known for her strength,” Markle explained in the alleged entry. “We’re definitely not talking about Cinderella here.”
The “Suits” alum, 41, then noted that some “grown women” hold onto their “childhood fantasy” of becoming a princess.
“Just look at the pomp and circumstance surrounding the royal wedding and endless conversation about Princess Kate,” she went on.

Years after the shady remark, Markle and Middleton have frequently made headlines for their strained relationship.
In his tell-all memoir, “Spare,” Prince Harry claimed that Middleton made his wife cry after demanding that Princess Charlotte’s bridesmaid dress be remade days before the couple’s 2018 nuptials.
He also alleged that Middleton “grimaced” when the “Deal or No Deal” alum asked to borrow some lip gloss at their first “Fab Four” outing in 2018.
Since stepping back from their royal duties in 2020, Harry and Markle have been residing in California, which is where the “Archetypes” podcast host will remain during her father-in-law’s coronation this weekend.
While she stays home with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to celebrate her son’s 4th birthday, Harry will attend the ceremony.
The former military pilot’s role in his father’s coronation, however, is still a mystery.
Although Markle closed down “The Tig” before joining the royal family, her post dissing Middleton has repeatedly resurfaced and most recently came to light in February.
The blog, named after Markle’s favorite Italian wine, covered fashion, food, beauty and travel in its heyday.
