Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann once got into a petty disagreement that ended with police being called to their home to help “mediate” the situation.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, 45, called 911 in late August to report that her estranged husband, 38, had locked himself inside their master bedroom and would not allow her to retrieve her belongings, according to audio obtained by TMZ Wednesday.
“I don’t want anything to do with you. I want to get into my room, sir,” Zolciak can be heard telling Biermann while on the phone with a dispatcher.
She then claims that the former pro athlete “threatened” her and “had been physical before,” so that is why she wanted to involve the authorities.
once police arrived at their Georgia mansion, officers can be heard asking Zolciak in bodycam footage to “not exacerbate the issue” if they are able to get Biermann to open the bedroom door.
“I just want to sleep in my bed,” responds the “Don’t Be Tardy” alum, who appears make-up-free with her hair tied up in a bun and wearing a casual black outfit.
One of the officers then advises her that they should “come up with some type of compromise,” while Biermann can be heard shouting unintelligibly from behind the door.
A cop then tells the former Atlanta Falcons player, “Sir, if you continue down this road, it’s not going to go well,” later adding, “You are now making me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.”
Biermann replies, “I didn’t do anything to you” and claims that his “safety [is] in jeopardy,” suggesting that he is fearful that Zolciak will become combative once they leave.
The former footballer has accused the former Bravolebrity of being abusive in the past.
The footage shows the police getting Zolciak’s things — including a comforter, phone charger, medications and neck cream — from Biermann.
Zolciak’s spokesperson declined to comment, and Biermann’s attorney did not immediately respond.
The exes are embroiled in a nasty divorce battle that first began in May of this year.
They both raced to the courthouse to file for the dissolution of their marriage but later decided to call off the divorce.
However, Biermann filed a second time in late August, claiming that their marriage was “irretrievably broken” and also requested sole legal and sole physical custody of their four minor children: Kroy Jr. “KJ,” 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9.
Zolciak recently tried to get the divorce dismissed, alleging that she and the former linebacker still have sex.
However, Biermann has decided to move forward with the split regardless amid allegations of drug problems and gambling addiction.
The pair have gotten police involved on at least one other occasion amid their contentious breakup.
In July, footage was released of Zolciak sobbing after Biermann allegedly locked her out of another room in their soon-to-be-foreclosed-on home once again.
“I deserve to be in this bathroom, [but] he was like, ‘Get out, get out, I want to take a shower,’ but he locked me out, and I can’t get back in,” she told cops at the time, adding, “Something’s wrong with his mind. Something’s not right.”
Bierrmann, for his part, told police during that incident, “I’ve asked her to kindly leave our bedroom so I could shower in privacy because I don’t trust her. She’s refusing to leave. She’s a narcissist, so she’s playing her games.”
