Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas spent eight hours together on Wednesday during day one of their four-day mediation.
The “Game of Thrones” star was photographed leaving the meeting in New York alongside her lawyer at around 6 p.m.
The 27-year-old actress — who appeared a bit exhausted — cut a casual figure in jeans, a white T-shirt and a green cable-knit sweater.
Earlier in the day, she was spotted leaving Taylor Swift’s apartment, where she has been staying with her two daughters.
Turner and Jonas, who arrived separately, also left the Wilmer Hale offices at different times.
Attorneys for the estranged couple met on Tuesday for a pretrial conference, during which it was revealed that the pair would be meeting to try and hash out a divorce agreement and a parenting plan for daughters Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1.
The two have been involved in a turf war ever since Jonas, 34, filed for divorce last month. Turner subsequently sued her estranged husband for the return of their children to their “forever home” in England.
In her lawsuit, she claimed that she and the singer had agreed to move their family across the pond prior to their split. That plan was confirmed in a letter written by Jonas in June, per court documents obtained by Pvnew.
However, the Disney Channel alum is now seeking “50-50” joint custody of their kids, meaning they would be spending more time in the US than Turner had originally anticipated.
Though a rep for Jonas recently told us that the father of two was “OK with the kids being raised both in the US and the UK.”
During the hearing Tuesday, the judge also set the duo’s trial for Jan. 2.
While they wait, Turner and Jonas have agreed to keep their girls in NYC, where they have both been seen spending lots of time with the little ones.
Despite the pair’s bitter divorce thus far, a source exclusively told Pvnew that the DNCE frontman hopes his relationship with his estranged wife will improve with the mediation.
“Joe is committed to making it work with Sophie in mediation and doesn’t want to put up a fight — as long as they can come to a fair agreement on the kids,” the insider shared with us.
The “Cake by the Ocean” singer filed for divorce from the actress last month after four years of marriage.
While it’s unclear what led to their split, the pair allegedly got into a big fight on his 34th birthday in August.
