Kendall and Kylie Jenner are getting back to basics.
In a video teasing her new Kylie Cosmetics lipsticks posted on Instagram Wednesday, the younger Jenner sister takes the “no pants” trend for another spin, exiting an elevator and strutting through an empty parking garage in a white tank top, black briefs, sheer tights and heels.
Last month, sibling Kendall modeled a similar style for a FWRD campaign, lounging in bed in a sheer Wardrobe.NYC tank dress ($200) paired with knee-high heeled leather boots.
The 27-year-old catwalker’s fans couldn’t help but poke fun at her sultry shots — “What’s the point of clothes if we can see everything?” one commented at the time, while another joked, “you forgot your bra at my house.”
Similarly, not all of 25-year-old Kylie’s followers were on board with her trippy new campaign, in which she also slicks on a bright lip color while clad in a latex bodysuit.
“This is like a horror movie,” one wrote in the comments.
A second compared it to “a cheap soft porn that tries to be indie,” while others described the visuals as “very disturbing” and “sinister.”
Asked a third, “ok but what does this have to do with makeup?”
Despite the frosty reception to her latest launch, Kylie told Homme Girls this week that she’s excited about her plans to “elevate and extend the core line” of her beauty brand, saying, “I think my love in life, my passion, is makeup.”
The mom of two also spoke with the mag about her famous face, which has served as the basis for much speculation over the years.
“I think a big misconception about me is that I’ve had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn’t!” she said, adding, “I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done.”
At least a classic white tank will set you back far less than a filler appointment.
