Dean Unglert is willing to do whatever it takes to start a family with fiancé Caelynn Miller-Keyes — including getting some help from one of his siblings.

During a recent episode of their “Help! We Suck at Being Newlyweds” podcast, the Bachelor Nation stars — who got engaged in October — shared some shocking details about their family planning process.

“I did Modern Fertility,” Miller-Keyes, 27, explained. “Dean checked his sperm … like eight years ago, and it was good then.”

Unglert, who discovered he had low testosterone in college, added, “I’ve always thought I’m sterile … I still have a little inkling inside of me that thinks I am.”

Although the bride-to-be says they would love to adopt depending on his fertility, Unglert has other plans.

“I always thought about it too, what I could do if I was sterile and we wanted to have kids,” the 32-year-old explained. “And I was thinking I could take — and this is kind of weird to say now that it’s attached to a person — but that we could take one of my brothers’.”

“I knew you were going to say that,” his fiancé exclaimed. “I was like, ‘I don’t want to say it because it’s weird,’ but I knew you were going to say that.”

Unglert — who has two brothers — took things one step further, suggesting Miller-Keyes “could just go into the room for thirty minutes” with one of his siblings and get it done.

“Are you insane?” she replied jokingly. “I’m not having sex with them.”

However, he clarified, “Yes, obviously it would be an artificial insemination thing … But that’s always been my plan for if I’m sterile. So if I’m sterile, that’s what I always imagined myself doing. Because their DNA is close enough to mine.”

However, co-host Jared Haibon noted that it might feel a bit “weird” knowing his sibling was the biological parent of his child.

“It would be challenging at moments,” Unglert admitted. “But at the end of the day, it’s as close as I can get, so I think I would be happy with that.”

The couple, who met on Season 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” has been very open about their reproductive health decisions in recent years.

In February, Miller-Keyes revealed that Unglert wants to get a vasectomy until they are ready to have children.

“I don’t know if Dean’s talked about this on the podcast, but he really wants to get a vasectomy — before we have kids,” she said.

“He wants to get a vasectomy because he doesn’t think it’s fair that a woman has to take birth control. So then, when we’re ready to have kids, he would un-snip himself, and we would have children.”

Although she didn’t touch on Unglert’s suspected sterility at the time, it appears the pair have thought about nearly every option when it comes to expanding their family.
