No one shines like Amal.
Amal Clooney joined her husband, George, at their second annual Albie Awards in New York Thursday night, wearing a sparkly white Versace gown as she walked the red carpet at the charity event.
The 45-year-old human rights attorney gave off bridal vibes in the style, which featured a sweeping train which, according to Vogue, was covered in a rhinestone mesh material.
The mom of two paired her custom dress with a white satin Jimmy Choo clutch and dazzling diamond drop earrings along with a chunky diamond bracelet.
She wore her hair down in soft waves at the event, which was held at the New York Public Library by the Clooney Foundation For Justice.
Amal told Vogue that she looked to a much more casual ‘fit to get inspiration for the design.
“I actually had taken a sample from a simple beach dress that I have, and we worked from there,” she told Vogue.
As for her choice to work without a stylist, the barrister told the mag it was “fun.”
“You can make your look an expression of your mood,” she said, adding, “But it definitely helps to have talented people like their team at Versace.”
The Clooneys joined other stars like Cindy Crawford, Kate Moss and Anne Hathaway at the awards, which honored those working to fight for justice around the world.
Amal’s glam night follows another shining dress she wore while in New York for the UN General Assembly, with the accomplished lawyer rocking a $21,200 Prada discoball dress for a girls’ dinner.
She’s also sported several chic workwear looks while attending the assembly, wearing a bright green dress with a trench coat on Tuesday.
