Jessie James Decker slammed United Airlines after a staffer allegedly “humiliated” her pregnant sister mid-air.
“[Sydney Rae Bass] just texted me from her flight on @united As you know, she is five months pregnant, high risk, and also traveling alone with her two small children,” the country singer wrote via her Instagram Story Sunday.
James Decker, 35, shared that Bass, 31, “accidentally spilled some popcorn in the aisle,” which prompted a flight attendant to allegedly approach her “with a trash bag, and a wet wipe, telling her the captain wants Syd to clean up every drop.”
The “Dancing With the Stars” alum claimed her “poor sister” got “on her hands and knees” and was “crying in the aisle,” feeling “completely humiliated and exhausted … while everyone else watched” — including the two kids she shares with her husband, MLB player Anthony Bass.

James Decker subsequently shared a photo of herself holding one of her nieces at an airport with a caption claiming the flight attendant had justified their demands by telling Bass the spilled popcorn was “a safety hazard.”
However, the sisters doubled down on how upsetting the situation was, even claiming that the airline had provided the snack on “both” of Bass’ flights.
“If popcorn is a hazard, why are they giving it on planes?” James Decker asked as she recorded her sibling.
Bass also posted a photo of the “hazard” on her account, expressing her exhaustion after traveling with her daughters, Brooklyn, 5, and Blaire, 2.
“Got up a 6:15am. On our second flight now,” she wrote over a photo collage of the girls buckled into plane seats with pieces of popcorn sprawled across the floor.
“It’s been a day. Blaire decided to be in a really not good mood
