Travis Barker “didn’t know if [his son], Landon, was going to make it” to his and Kourtney Kardashian’s May 2022 wedding in Italy.
The Blink-182 member divulged his 19-year-old son’s fear of flying in Hulu’s “Til Death Do Us Part Kourtney & Travis” special, which dropped Thursday.
“I think he walked off two commercial flights,” the rocker, 47, said in a confessional.
Kardashian, 43, chimed in, “He ended up flying with Kim [Kardashian].”
Barker was “so happy” when the teenager arrived in Portofino with the Skims creator and her children.
“You didn’t think I was going to [come]?” Landon asked his dad.
“I just wanted to know before going to sleep if you were gonna make it,” Barker replied. “They kept calling, like, ‘I don’t know if Landon is gonna get on.'”
The musician went on to describe his own fear of flying, referencing the September 2008 plane crash he survived, which killed the four other passengers.
“As everyone knows, I’m kind of shook just flying anywhere,” the Grammy nominee said. “My plane crashed on takeoff so takeoffs are terrible for me.
“I’m still equally afraid of flying as I always was, but it’s not something that can hold me back or that I can be afraid of anymore,” he continued. “But I’m getting better.”
Barker stayed off of planes for more than 10 years after the tragedy. He credited Kourtney with helping him face his fears when he finally flew again in 2021.
“She stuck by me and toughed it out,” the drummer told GQ in November 2022. “I was trying to get out of it.”
He and the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum became a couple in 2021, six years after Kourtney’s on-again, off-again relationship with Scott Disick came to an end.
Barker, who was previously married to Shanna Moakler, proposed to Kourtney in October 2021.
Six months later, the duo tied the knot in Las Vegas. While the nuptials weren’t legal, the reality stars had a civil ceremony at a Santa Barbara, Calif., courthouse the following month.
