Victoria Beckham is “very disciplined” about her diet.
The fashion designer explained to Grazia in an interview published Tuesday that she “work[s] hard” at maintaining her appearance.
“This is how I look,” she said. “I’m going to make the best of it.”

Beckham noted, “I’m very disciplined with the way that I eat, the way that I work out and the way I work. That’s just who I am.”
Elsewhere in the profile, the Spice Girl said she is not “bother[ed]” by comments about her weight like she used to be.
“I do like to have a drink, and I’m not going to be one of these, ‘Ah, there are too many calories in a glass of wine’ types,” she said. “Whatever. Life’s too short. Let’s have a nice time.”
Beckham’s comments come five months after her husband, David Beckham, revealed to “Ruthie’s Table 4” listeners that the “Wannabe” singer has “eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.”
The retired athlete, 49, confessed, “Since I met her she only eats grilled fish [and] steamed vegetables. She will very rarely deviate from that.
“The only time she’s probably ever shared something that’s been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing,” he continued in the December 2023 podcast episode. “It was one of my favorite evenings.”
While David did not “remember what it was,” he joked, “She’s not eaten it since.”
In 2019, Victoria told the Telegraph that she consumes four avocados a day in an effort to keep her skin “glowy.”
In addition to daughter Harper, 12, she and David are the parents of sons Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, and Cruz, 19.
When Brooklyn was born in 1999, the new mom’s postpartum figure was publicly criticized.
“My first outing was on the front page of the newspaper, with arrows pointing to where I needed to lose weight,” Victoria said in Tuesday’s interview. “Those things can affect how you feel and conduct yourself.”
While speaking to the same magazine in 2022, she gushed about how “liberating” it was to see a desire for thinness becoming an “old-fashioned attitude.”
Victoria said, “I have found my own balance between wanting to have fun and being disciplined about eating healthily and working out. … I just know what works for me.”
