Spencer Pratt wants abs like Kristin Cavallari’s 24-year-old boyfriend, Mark Estes — but he isn’t turning to Ozempic as he begins his new fitness journey.

“I’m not judging anyone that wants to do that,” the “Hills” alum, 40, tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast while promoting his Hydroxycut partnership.

“But personally [I wouldn’t],” he continues, sounding off on the trendy weight-loss drug. “You start adding needles and doctors and everything and insurance, versus something I take two [capsules of], it’s got vitamins in it [and gives me] a little boost of energy.”

Pratt — whose attempts at getting ripped started earlier this month — has given himself a total of six weeks to sculpt a TikTok-worthy midsection by July 4.

“I’m inspired by fame and the fact that these guys, respectfully, they don’t sing, they don’t actually dance and just … have abs and they’re going this viral?” he says of the social media success ascertained by Estes and his equally shredded Montana Boyz members.

“Yes, they’re young and maybe good looking but there’s a niche [market] for old non-dancing, non-singing guys with abs,” Pratt elaborates, “and I’m going to target that to get all over the timeline.”

Ozempic, an FDA-approved prescription drug, is one of the brand names for semaglutide — also known as Wegovy — which impacts the brain to maintain satiety and suppress one’s appetite.

A succession of public figures have admitted to taking versions of semaglutide for its slimming effect. Kelly Clarkson recently confirmed that her newly svelte frame is the result of weight-loss medication after months of speculation.

Oprah Winfrey, whose own headline-making slimdown is the result of using weight-loss medication, has endorsed such methods as to break any stigmas surrounding it.

“The fact that there’s a medically approved prescription for managing weight and staying healthier, in my lifetime, feels like relief, like redemption, like a gift, and not something to hide behind and once again be ridiculed for,” the media mogul, 70, told People in December 2023.

“I’m absolutely done with the shaming from other people and particularly myself.”

Still, Pratt isn’t interested.

“I’ve had friends that have actually taken it and it didn’t work. They’re like, ‘I still have my appetite,’” he says before joking, “I’m not trying to get Ozempic face. I’m not trying to be on Page Six coming out of a place, getting papped and looking all Skeletor [and] spooky.”

The reality TV veteran raves that Hydroxycut — its main ingredient being C. canephora robusta, a non-stimulant compound found in green coffee shown to metabolize carbs, fats and proteins with vitamin B — is the “right choice” for him.

Plus, Pratt was inspired by his wife, Heidi Montag, who used Hydroxycut to aid in her own 22-pound weight loss as a face of the supplement brand.

“It’s a lot of motivation when your wife has a six-pack and you can’t fit into any of your skinny jeans and you can only use clothes with elastic waists,” he says with a laugh.

“Right now, Heidi’s obviously ripped and I’m jiggling and not where you want to jiggle.”

Prior to this year when Cavallari, a former “Hills” castmate of Pratt and Montag’s, began dating Estes — who frequently flaunts his hard-muscled physique online — the Pratt Daddy Crystals founder was leaning into the “dad bod” trend.

“For a second, I thought dad bods were in so I was leaning into that. Everyone was like, ‘Dad bods are hot!’ So I was just eating as much food as possible to be the face of the dad bod,” says the dad of two, who shares sons Gunner, 6, and Ryker, 18 months, with Montag, 37.

“And then all of a sudden, these guys from Montana got everyone like, ‘Look how buff they are.’”

“Obviously, I think Spencer looks great no matter what,” says the “I’ll Do It” singer, who wed her “Speidi’s 16th Minute” podcast co-host in 2008.

“But what I love about [him] being ripped is not only Spencer’s confidence — because he’s always been really in shape and healthy and I can tell that he feels better that way — but [he is] also a good role model for our sons to be able to take care of your body and to eat healthy and showing [them], ’Let’s make healthy choices here.’”
