Margaret Josephs and Jennifer Fessler’s friendship is just fine.
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars — who got into a heated argument over castmate Teresa Giudice on Sunday’s episode — exclusively tell Page Six that they’ve made amends over the situation.
“While I was obviously disappointed, I’ve known Jenn Fessler a long time and she has made it very clear to me how she really feels,” Josephs, 57, says, acknowledging that all is well today — months after production wrapped on Season 14.
Fessler, ever the source of comic relief, offers an amusing pop culture reference to illustrate the ladies’ current dynamic.

“Marge and I are Mary and Rhoda,” she says, explaining that their friendship resembles the one depicted by Mary Tyler Moore and Valerie Harper in the “Mary Tyler Moore Show.”
“And in case anyone’s wondering, I’m Mary!”
Josephs was unnerved by a conversation Fessler, 53, had with Giudice, 52, on the May 12 episode of the Bravo reality show.
In the scene, Fessler advocated for the Soirée co-founder and fellow pal Rachel Fuda, while also hearing Giudice’s side of the story in the trio’s contentious dynamic.
After Josephs and Fuda, 33, caught wind of the discussion, they confronted Fessler on camera during Joe Gorga’s 49th birthday party — which resulted in an explosive exchange.
Josephs and Fuda were particularly upset because Giudice’s husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, allegedly targeted their respective families during production for “RHONJ” Season 13.
While Ruelas, 49, has been accused by Rachel’s husband, John Fuda, of hiring a private investigator to look into his past, he purportedly made a threatening call to Josephs’ son at work.
“It’s not true. I swear to God on my four daughters,” Giudice told Fessler, referencing the latter claim against her spouse. “He did not do that.”
When a producer asked Fessler if she thinks Ruelas called Josephs’ son during a confessional, the F. Major shoe designer seemed to have mixed feelings.
“Teresa swearing on her girls, I really want to believe Teresa,” she replied.
Notably, Josephs expressed her confusion at Fessler’s burgeoning friendship with Giudice after allegedly speaking poorly of Ruelas.
“You thought that I was going to sit down with Teresa and say to her, ‘ … You should know that I think your husband is disgusting?’” the beloved “friend of” the cast said in response. “You realize that I’m not going to do that, right? I ain’t your soldier.”
Though Josephs and Fessler have since patched things up, the same cannot be said for Fessler and Rachel.
Rachel explained at the May 16 live taping for Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast that she and Fessler are no longer on speaking terms due to the latter’s associations with Giudice and Ruelas.
“Seeing how well Teresa is able to manipulate her so quickly with one conversation is all it took. [She is] buying her bulls—t,” she said. “And it’s exactly that.”
“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
