Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another sexual assault lawsuit.
Former model Crystal McKinney claims the disgraced rapper once forced her to give him oral sex following a Men’s Fashion Week event in 2003.
According to court docs obtained by TMZ Tuesday, the then-22-year-old met Combs at Cipriani Downtown in NYC.
Combs then allegedly invited her back to his studio, where he and several of his friends began drinking Hennessy and passing around joints.

However, McKinney says the joint was “very powerful,” claiming it had been laced with another narcotic.
Despite being in a state of delirium, Combs allegedly demanded she follow him to the bathroom.
once inside, he allegedly forced himself on her and shoved her head down to his crotch before commanding her to “suck it.”
When McKinney refused, the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper allegedly pushed her head down farther and forced her to give him oral sex.
Afterward, she tried walking away but felt light-headed and lost consciousness. It wasn’t until she regained consciousness in the back of a taxi that she realized she had allegedly been sexually assaulted.
As a result of the alleged incident, McKinney claims she was blackballed by the modeling industry and suffered extremely bad depression, even attempting suicide a year later.
McKinney is seeking unspecified damages.
The former model is just one of multiple women who have come forward with allegations of assault ever since the rapper’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a bombshell lawsuit against him in November 2023.
In Cassie’s lawsuit, she alleged that Combs physically abused her and raped her, amongst other things, throughout their decade-long relationship.
A video of Combs beating her in a hotel hallway has corroborated some of her claims. After its release Friday, the music mogul said he was “f–ked up” and “disgusted” by his behavior.
The exes settled for an undisclosed amount just 24 hours after the filing.
However, shortly after their settlement, Joi Dickerson-Neal alleged that Diddy drugged and raped her on tape in 1991 after she “reluctantly” went on a date with him.
Around the same time, another anonymous woman also filed a lawsuit, claiming Combs got her drunk and coerced her into having sex with him at a party. One of the rapper’s friends also allegedly raped her afterward.
Then in December, Combs was accused of gang-raping and sex-trafficking a 17-year-old schoolgirl when she was in the 11th grade.
In February, the music mogul’s former producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit against him, claiming he had “HUNDREDS of hours of footage and audio recordings of Mr. Combs, his staff and his guests engaging in serious illegal activity.”
Jones alleged that Combs repeatedly sexually assaulted him while he was working on his latest album from September 2022 to November 2023.
During that time, Combs would allegedly grope Jones’ genitals and touch his anus to groom him into having sex — which he claimed the rapper downplayed as “horseplay.”
Almost exactly a month after Jones filed his suit, Combs home was raided by the feds in connection to a sex trafficking investigation.
Combs has vehemently denied the accusations.
Reps for Combs did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
