Aoki Lee Simmons shared a cryptic post about “good girl conditioning” after her mom, Kimora Lee Simmons, said she was “embarrassed” about her daughter’s brief romance with Vittorio Assaf.
“Good girl conditioning sends a clear message: don’t be too much or want too much,” began the quote by Dr. Nicole LePera.
“It’s why so many women tolerate misery. May we teach young girls to say no clearly and to disappoint people regularly. May we free her from the generational cycle of being polite & easy.”

The message comes hours after TMZ posted an interview with Kimora expressing that she was “embarrassed” by her 21-year-old daughter’s fling with the 65-year-old Serafina co-founder.
“I probably was a little bit embarrassed,” the Baby Phat founder, 49, said. “But you know me, I’m definitely like, ‘It is what it is, honey. Come on home, Mama’s got your back. He ain’t coming.'”
Kimora also said she believes Aoki was “set up.”
“She’s a young pretty girl, and I think, we don’t think the toads we may kiss is going to be broadcasted,” she told the outlet.
“And I personally feel a little bit like she was set up, which is why I try to teach the girls. There’s definitely an age dynamic there.”
In April, Page Six shared exclusive photos of Assaf and Aoki packing on the PDA while on a romantic vacation in St. Barts.
In the snaps, the restaurateur and the Harvard grad kissed and frolicked in the clear blue water together. At one point, Assaf was also seen taking pictures of Aoki with his phone as she modeled on the beach in a teeny green bikini.
Three days after the photos went viral, Page Six exclusively reported that the couple split.
“It’s 100% done. They’re absolutely not dating,” a source close to the youngest daughter of Kimora and estranged dad Russell Simmons told us.
On Wednesday night, Aoki gushed about her mom as she and her older sister, Ming Lee Simmons, 24, joined Kimora onstage as she was awarded the Goodwill Ambassador Award at Smile Train’s 25th-anniversary gala.
“From day one, she has been a role model, a friend, a mentor,” she said.
Assaf has not publicly addressed the photos.
