Emma Stone finally addressed the rumor that she called Jimmy Kimmel a “p—k” after he dissed her film “Poor Things” at the 2024 Oscars.
“No! I didn’t call him a p—k,” the “La La Land” star said during an interview with the Hollywood Reporter published Wednesday.
“What did I say? I didn’t call him a p—k. I wasn’t upset with him at all. I’ll have to look that up.”

Rumblings of Stone’s alleged comment stemmed from Kimmel’s joke about her nominated film while hosting the Academy Awards in March.
After clips from the actress’ riqué R-rated movie played on the big screen, the comedian, 56, quipped, “Those were all the parts of ‘Poor Things’ that we’re allowed to show on TV.”
The broadcast then cut to the “Easy A” star, 35, whose lip-reading fans were quick to assume that she whispered the crude word to her husband, Dave McCary.
