Kristen Doute is back — and feeling better than ever.
The “Vanderpump Rules” alum returned to reality TV on Bravo’s “The Valley” this year, and she tells Page Six Style she’s ready to have more fun with fashion after undergoing an AirSculpt body contouring treatment.
Doute, 41, says she turned to the fat-eliminating procedure after exercise and diet failed to slim specific parts of her physique.
“No matter what I did, there were certain areas — specifically my lower stomach — that there was nothing that was going to fix that,” she tells us, adding that her AirSculpt procedure only took about an hour and a half under local anesthesia.

Doute says she “already saw results” a few days after the “mind-blowing” procedure, which she got in February, and has since “dropped a dress size.”
And thanks to a newfound boost in confidence, the star’s considering taking a few cues from friend and former co-star Ariana Madix’s sizzling post-breakup wardrobe.
“Now that I have a flat stomach, I might be leaning into Ariana’s [style] a little bit more,” she tells us with a laugh, adding that Madix looks “so good.”
“I’ve never been confident enough until now to, like, start wearing the things that Ariana wears,” Doute says, although she did tell Page Six Style that she celebrated her toned tummy by purchasing a bikini.
“I bought my first two-piece bathing suit in like, five years,” the Bravolebrity tells us, admitting she wishes she’d tried the slimming procedure sooner.
Asked if she was apprehensive about returning to TV screens after leaving “Vanderpump Rules” in 2020, the “Sex, Love and What Else Matters with Kristen Doute” podcaster says, “I’d be crazy to say that I wasn’t nervous.”
The AirSculpt partner — who’s never been shy about shutting down body-shaming trolls in the past — adds that while reading hateful comments can be “very tough,” they weren’t the impetus for her decision to undergo the procedure.
“It’s not that the trolls on Instagram had anything to do with my body image of myself; it really was about me feeling good in my own body and me looking at myself in the mirror,” Doute says.
The “He’s Making You Crazy” author shares that while she’s “not a girl who weighs herself,” she was “not feeling like the best version” of herself prior to her AirSculpt experience.
“I wanted to try on clothes and feel good in the clothes that I’m wearing, and that was really difficult for me for a few years, for sure,” Doute tells us.
Along with her major body makeover, the Witches of Weho wine founder has some other exciting news this spring: She’ll be starring in the “real messy” competition show “The GOAT” alongside reality stars like “The Real Housewives of New York City” alum Jill Zarin and “Bachelorette” Tayshia Adams.
“The Valley” airs Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
