We hear Simpson, 39, and Ross, 35, flew in directly from his mother Diana Ross’ 80th birthday party at the legendary Supremes singer’s home in Greenwich, Conn.

We’re told the group spent much of their time hanging out in a cabana at the Cortez pool, where they indulged in signature Nobu dishes, including tuna tacos, spicy tuna crispy rice and baked cod in lettuce cups, as well as skinny margaritas.
Meanwhile, the former “Ashlee+Evan” stars’s 8-year-old daughter, Jagger, and 3-year-old son, Ziggy, visited the hotel’s Kizzu Kids Club, where they learned how to make origami, got their faces painted and played board games, before joining their parents at the pool.
Simpson’s 15-year-old son, Bronx, whom the “Pieces of Me” singer shares with her ex-husband, Pete Wentz, also joined in on the family fun, as we hear he played pickleball with his mom and stepdad on a brand-new court overlooking the property’s sprawling golf course.
After the game, Simpson’s sister, Jessica Simpson — who was also in Cabo with her husband, Eric Johnson, and their three children but stayed at the $40,000-a-night Villa La Datcha — met up with the Rosses at Ardea Steakhouse.
We’re told their 20-person dinner featured a menu including smoked wagyu lollipops, king scallops, lobster linguini and beef tenderloin as well as Nobu’s award-winning wines and handcrafted cocktails.
Ashlee called Nobu Residences the “perfect place for our family vacation with the most delish food and wonderful hospitality” in an Instagram post Monday, while Evan shared that they “loved spending time” at the “amazing” beachside oasis.
The couple has been married since August 2014.
