This 10-bedroom villa will take your breath away.
Jessica Simpson and husband Eric Johnson vacationed with their family at a private ritzy residence dubbed Villa La Datcha in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
The couple, along with their three kids — Maxwell, 11, Ace, 10, and Birdie, 5 — and the singer’s mom, Tina Simpson, spent spring break 2024 at the beautiful mansion that can be rented out for $35,000 to $40,000 per night, according to the Sun Cabo Vacations’ website.

“2024 Spring Breakin’ with the fam was EPIC!” Jessica wrote via Instagram Monday. “Thank you @tinasimpsonofficial for giving these kiddos memorable moments in Cabo that they will hold close to their precious hearts and cherish for a lifetime!”
The fashion designer, 43, also raved about the luxurious rental on her Instagram last week while posting a photo of the gorgeous waterside views.
“Thank you @suncabovacations for always bringin’ the CHA CHA CHA to the perfectly exquisite vacation spots #LaDatcha,” she captioned her post on April 6.
The 20,000-square-foot beachfront estate sleeps up to 20 people and features 10 Aztec-style bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The extremely private home is located in a gated community and offers top-notch service and a wide selection of amenities.
“Everything you, your family and friends need will be available for your convenience when you stay at La Datcha,” the website states.
The villa comes equipped with 24-hour service with a 22-person staff including three world-class chefs, five butlers, a daily maid service, a houseman, a concierge and a private security team.
The gourmet kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker and espresso machine for a morning jolt and new appliances like a blender and microwave if guests choose to prepare their own snacks outside of their chef-prepared dishes.
“Each of the spacious 10 bedrooms has been designed with a bright Mexican-American style and includes their own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet,” the website states.
Two of the master suites have their own private terraces, one of which features a fireplace and the other leading out to a luxurious infinity pool overlooking the ocean.
The opulent abode has a massive home theater perfect for movie night, as well as a personal fitness center with beach views and state-of-the-art equipment like treadmills, rowing machines, bikes and a weight lifting station.
After fitting in a sweat session, guests have the option to unwind in the tranquil spa with an on-site sauna, indoor Turkish bath and cozy massage room. The wellness space also features a snow room where visitors can cool down at a chilly temperature of -40 degrees.
Meanwhile, the expansive wine cellar houses a private collection of over 3,000 bottles of vino for “the most discriminating of connoisseurs,” the website states, though guests can also enjoy any cocktail and locally brewed beers.
The grounds of the residence are just as lavish as the inside of the home. Several lounge chairs and cabanas are set up for optimal tanning and the pool area is complete with a hot tub and outdoor shower.
A 20-person outdoor dining table is located on one of the large terraces overlooking the beach, while lush gardens and beautiful greenery surround the glamorous getaway spot.
At one point, Simpson and her family enjoyed some time away from the secluded pad when they set sail on a deluxe yacht. They docked near The Arch of Cabo San Lucas, known locally as “El Arco,” where they enjoyed some swimming and fishing while taking in stunning views of the famous rock formation.
