Ariana Grande is grateful for those who have shown her support after the singer bravely confronted her body shamers.
“Shut Up Evan” podcast host and Cut contributor Evan Ross Katz praised the “7 Rings” singer for advocating body positivity and self-love in an impassioned Instagram post on Wednesday.
“I marvel at this magnificent human being’s ability to be graceful and compassionate and stay open in a world that continues to challenge,” Katz wrote.
The writer explained that Grande should not have to publicly address her body and doesn’t owe anything to anyone.
“I appreciate her willingness to use this as a moment to say something bigger about health and beauty in all its forms AND to show love to the millions of us who struggle with our bodies and/our [sic] our self-image,” he said, adding, “We love you, Ari!”
Grande, 29, reacted to Katz’s emotional message by taking to the comments section of his post.
“love you so so so much !!!!!” Grande wrote along with a teary-eyed emoji and a heart-face emoji.
Her comment on Katz’s post was flooded with even more supportive words from her adoring fans.
