Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello’s marriage is officially kaput as a judge signed off on their divorce agreement Thursday, court records show.
The judgment, obtained by Page Six, also details how the “Modern Family” alum and the “Magic Mike” star divided their assets and property, as dictated by their prenuptial agreement.
Manganiello, 47, walked away with his clothing, jewelry and “miscellaneous personal effects” as well as all of his “earnings and accumulations” since his and Vergara’s date of separation, which was July 2, 2023, the documents state.

Page Six broke the news in July 2023 that Manganiello and the “Griselda” star were divorcing after seven years of marriage.
“We have made the difficult decision to divorce,” the actors shared with us in a statement at the time.
“As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
Manganiello ultimately filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split; however, a source told us that “True Blood” actor’s intense desire for children fueled their decision to end the marriage.
(Vergara has a 32-year-old son named Manolo from a previous relationship and was also dragged into a lengthy court battle over custody of two frozen embryos from her 2013 IVF treatments with then-fiancé Nick Loeb.)
The Colombian-born star later confirmed that she didn’t want to be an “old mom” to a baby.
“My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids, and I didn’t want to be an old mom,” she told told El País in January.
“I feel it’s not fair to the baby.”
Since the amicable divorce, both Manganiello and Vergara have moved on romantically. The “Rampage” actor has been dating girlfriend Caitlin O’Connor, while the “Hot Pursuit” star has been seeing orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman.
