Tyler Stanaland and Alex Hall are hot and cold in Season 3 of “Selling the OC.”
In the Netflix show’s new trailer, the real estate agents go from having multiple confrontations to nearly kissing.
“You swooned me and then you f–king disappeared,” Hall, 35, tells her co-worker, 34, while sitting around a campfire in one heated clip. “What do you want?”
While Stanaland’s answer is not featured in the teaser, he tells Hall that “when [they’re] trying to force it, neither of [them] are on the same page” in a different scene.

However, the duo appear to be on the verge of locking lips in formalwear while at a bar later in the trailer.
As Stanaland puts his arms around Hall and leans in, their co-star Sean Palmieri says, “Oh, my God.”
The pair already made out in the series’ second season, airing their feelings for each other in a hot tub before sharing a steamy smooch.
Stanaland also made headlines in Season 1 when Kayla Cardona attempted to kiss him during a night out.
The professional surfer was married to Brittany Snow at the time, with the former couple announcing their separation via Instagram in September 2022 after two years of marriage.
The actress, 38, recently broke her silence on their “shocking” divorce, which was finalized in July 2023.
“Of course I saw it. I watched it with my dog,” she admitted on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast last month. “What people think happened, happened. Now I can laugh about it. It’s insane and it’s so funny.”
Although the “Pitch Perfect” star bashed his flirtatious on-air behavior in the March 27 episode, Stanaland subsequently insisted on his Instagram Story that any “accusations of infidelity” are untrue.
Hall appeared to brush off the backlash with a pointed Reel, captioned, “Imagine talking s–t about me in your ugly town to your stinky friend & I’m just over here having breakfast in Lake Como before I head to my massage.”
Season 3 of “Selling the OC” premieres May 3 on Netflix.
