Julia Fox’s headline-making looks often come together at the last minute, as we learned firsthand while spending some time with the actress in Los Angeles.
The “Uncut Gems” star and her go-to stylist, Briana Andalore, exclusively invited Page Six Style to get ready with them for the 2024 Pornhub Awards. The sixth annual event featured a rock ’n’ roll-themed dress code – perfect for Fox – and was fittingly held at the historic Whisky A Go-Go on the Sunset Strip.
“I feel like she is going to be the rock ’n’ roll queen of the night,” Andalore said of Fox, teasing us with clues ahead of the big outfit reveal. “Every girl here is a queen, but she is in something that is truly iconic, timeless and new. I mean, [it’s] Julia Fox, right?”

Andalore co-created Fox’s all-leather look for the evening with Seks designers Abel Cepeda Ljoka and Will Kowall, who’ve designed various outfits for Fox in the past.
“I was really just going for Sunset Strip … the ’80s, ’70s height of porn, height of that era of Los Angeles,” Fox, who previously worked as a dominatrix in high school, told Page Six Style of the inspiration behind the full concept.
“I wanted the big blond hair, I wanted the motorcycle jacket, and I wanted to update it and make it feel more current, but still kind of paying an homage to that era, which I think was so pivotal for Los Angeles.”
She added, “I mean, a lot of Los Angeles is built on porn money, we can’t deny that, so this is what we came up with.”

Andalore told us the final look “fit like a glove.” However, it all came together just hours before the awards show kicked off at the famous rock venue on March 28.
“[The outfit] got here this morning … 8:30 a.m., so a couple of hours before [Julia] landed,” she revealed. “Spontaneous is really our energy. Like, I don’t know if people know, but we really do create and make things in the last minute … that’s really the magic.”
Andalore added that she and the team are “notorious” for their down-to-the-wire design decisions; in this case, the custom knee-high boots Fox slipped on moments before walking the red carpet.
“We actually sewed this on last minute,” Fox explained to us, pointing to an edgy detail. “This is a choker, and we attached this on and put it on the boot as a little detail. We made that this morning.”
In addition to Fox’s avant-garde ensemble, Andalore dressed 11 other ladies exclusively in “SeksHub” designs, ranging from a top and skirt made entirely from red rosary beads to an itty-bitty metal bikini similar to the infamous piece Fox wore to kick off New York Fashion Week last September.
“This is a really special love story, I would say, because this collaboration was done with my two best friends,” Andalore told us, noting that the brand “embodies rock ’n’ roll” and what it means to be a rule breaker, doing “whatever the f–k” one wants to do.
“These girls are just like an extension of the brand [and] an extension of myself. It’s like they’re all coming to life exactly how I think [we] envisioned.”
Fox — who is no stranger to making risqué fashion moves and modeling camera-worthy concepts, often in designs by Seks — joked that she was actually jealous of seeing the designers’ other creations for the Pornhub Awards.
“To see all the girls wearing [Seks] designs, I just feel like a proud mama, you know? I’ve been wearing their clothes for years, ever since I discovered them on Instagram,” the actress gushed. “I’m having outfit envy, which never happens, but it is happening tonight.”
Next month, fans can watch Fox put other aspiring fashion designers to the test when her new design competition show, “OMG Fashun,” premieres May 6 at 9 p.m. ET on E!.
“It was really a family affair. I had all my friends come be a part of it, come to the set, come as guests,” she teased. “It just felt like such a labor of love, and it felt so intimate.”
