Lisa Vanderpump was visibly shocked when asked to comment on Scheana Shay’s alleged dalliance with John Mayer.
“I’ve been filming in London for a month,” she exclusively told Page Six last week, indicating she wasn’t aware that Shay, 38, alluded to having an orgy with the Grammy winner, 46, on a recent episode of “Vanderpump Rules.”
“An orgy!?” she added, while gleefully clapping her hands.

“What defines an orgy? How many people have to be in an orgy?” the “Vanderpump Villa” star, 63, pondered.
While playing a game of “Never Have I Ever” with her Bravo castmates, Shay claimed she had an orgy with “an A-list celebrity.”
Though she didn’t name names, she quipped, “once upon a time, my body was a wonderland,” in what was seemingly a clear reference to Mayer’s most recognizable song.
In response, a source close to the singer claimed he was “annoyed” by the “Good As Gold” singer’s not-so-cryptic comments.
“John has told several people close to him that he never hooked up with Scheana,” an insider told the US Sun last month.
“He knows that she has been telling people they hooked up well before the ‘Vanderpump Rules’ episode aired and it’s gotten back to him. He’s very annoyed by the entire thing and wants nothing to do with her.”
The source also alleged that the “New Light” crooner did “his best to avoid” the reality TV star when they attended the same party recently.
“She was trying her best to talk to John and even go as far as take a picture with him, but he shot her down,” the insider alleged.
Back in 2020, Shay claimed she met Mayer for the first time at a party he attended with then-girlfriend Jennifer Aniston years ago.
“I’m working this party. I end up getting wasted with them,” she claimed on the “Flashbacks” podcast. “Every time they did a shot, they would get me a shot.”
After Mayer split from the “Friends” actress in 2009, the former SUR employee, who is now married to Australian personal trainer Brock Davies, claimed she began seeing the guitarist.
“I was living with [‘The Hills’ alum Stacie Adams] at the time,” she alleged. “This went on for about six months. … It just became, you know, kind of the three of us. We had a little throuple going on.“
The first three episodes of “Vanderpump Villa” premiere April 1 on Hulu, with new episodes dropping weekly every Monday.
