Gisele Bündchen shared a cryptic quote urging her followers to “be kind” because “you’ll never know” the “pains and traumas” others have endured.
The supermodel, 43, who split from Tom Brady in October 2022, posted the note to her Instagram Story Monday.
“You look at a person and can’t imagine the story they carry—the pains, traumas, fears,” the quote, penned by Brazilian writer Wandy Luz, began.

“Just as we can’t even imagine how strong, capable, and resilient someone is, behind smiles and glances are achievements and victories; there are people and moments they overcome and dreams and desires to be achieved,” it went on.
“There’s so much you’ll never know. So, be kind whenever you can.”
Her quote comes one week after the mother of two denied cheating on her ex-husband with her new boyfriend, Joaquim Valente.

“That’s a lie,” she told the New York Times when asked whether she began dating the jiu-jitsu instructor, 36, before her divorce from the seven-time Super Bowl champion, 46.
“This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful,” Bündchen went on.
“They have to deal with their communities. They have to deal with their family. Of course for me, it just happens to be a little bit amplified.”
The Brazilian beauty — who shares son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, with Brady — also cryptically noted that “no one really knows what happens between two people, only the two people in the relationship.”
The former Victoria’s Secret model met the martial arts pro in 2021 but they didn’t start dating until mid-2023, according to reports.
By February 2024, a source close to the pair confirmed to Page Six that they were “deeply in love” as they celebrated their first Valentine’s Day together.
