50 Cent’s ex Daphne Joy has accused the rapper of rape and physical abuse after he trolled her about being named as one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex workers in a new lawsuit.
“Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me,” she claimed on Instagram Thursday. “You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on.”
Joy — who shares son Sire, 11, with the G-Unit rapper, 48 — said he has “permanently damaged the last hope I had for you as a father to preserve our family with these last and final false claims made against me.”

In a statement to Page Six, 50’s rep said, “The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my 12-year-old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire.
“The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time.”
Joy’s allegations come hours after news surfaced that 50 would be fighting to gain sole custody of their pre-teen after she was named as one of three women who were alleged sex workers for Combs, 54.
“Given the latest developments and news of Daphne Joy’s involvement in the Diddy lawsuit, 50 is going for sole custody of his son,” a source close to the situation told Us Weekly Thursday.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ filed a $30 million lawsuit in February (amended in March) against his former employer, the Bad Boy Records founder — who happens to be 50’s arch nemesis.
Joy, City Girls rapper Yung Miami and Instagram model Jade Ramey were allegedly the three women Combs “bragged about” paying a “monthly stipend” for their sex work, according to court docs obtained by Page Six.
Jones is accusing Combs of sexually assaulting him and claims he witnessed the billionaire hip-hop mogul engage in sex trafficking.
Combs’ former attorney Shawn Holley vehemently denied the allegations in Jones’ lawsuit, calling the producer “nothing more than a liar.”
After details of the lawsuit surfaced, 50 took to social media to troll his ex over the allegations.
“I didn’t know you was a sex worker, you little sex worker. LOL,” he captioned a post of himself standing in the rain smoking a cigar and holding an umbrella. “Yo this s–t is a movie.”
50 and Joy dated from 2011 to 2012, splitting a few months after their son was born.
The exes often document some of their amicable co-parenting moments on social media.
