Before her evening with Emme, the actress shared a “lil Sunday morning workout” via Instagram.

Lopez revealed her go-to strength exercises in the video, with her “daily dose of wellness” ranging from shoulder raises and squats to bicep curls and core work.

She wore pink athleisure in the footage, which was shot in the backyard of her and Affleck’s $60 million Beverly Hills home.

The couple bought the mansion in 2023, one year after officially blending their families by tying the knot in Las Vegas — and again in Georgia.

Affleck, 51, and Lopez originally dated from 2002 to 2004 and had children with other partners — Marc Anthony and Jennifer Garner, respectively — before reuniting in 2021.

The actor proposed to his “Gigli” co-star the following year.
