Police were back at Christine Quinn’s home in Los Angeles on Wednesday – just one day after her husband, Christian Richard, was arrested for a domestic violence incident involving the “Selling Sunset” alum.
Page Six has obtained photos and video of cops roaming the premises of the Hollywood Hills property with their guns drawn. However, we’re told the police visit was done out of an abundance of precaution.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department exclusively tells Page Six that officers were just conducting a “building search,” which is done to determine whether there is an active threat on the scene.

Earlier on Wednesday, LAPD told Page Six that, according to public records, Richard appears to still be in custody and he must pay a $30,000 bail. He has been charged for assault with a deadly weapon.
A barefoot Richard was taken away in handcuffs Tuesday afternoon, wearing only a bathrobe.
His fight with Quinn, 35, allegedly turned physical and their son, Christian Georges, ended up getting hurt.
“The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim but hit the victim’s child, causing injury,” police previously told us.
A source told Page Six that the 2-year-old needed medical treatment and was taken to the hospital.
“Christine left the house and rode in the ambulance with her son,” an insider previously said.
Quinn has yet to issue a statement on what occurred. She has been married to Richard – whose legal last name is Dumontet – since 2019.
After Quinn left “Selling Sunset” ahead of Season 6 in 2022, the couple formed their own real estate business, Real Open, which handles transactions via bitcoin.
It’s unknown whether the real estate agent-turned-reality star plans to stay with her child’s father.
