Paris Hilton is sticking up for her dad.
The socialite took to Instagram Tuesday to slam her uncle Mauricio Umansky for bringing up her dad, Rick Hilton, and their past beef in an upcoming episode of “Buying Beverly Hills,” a preview for which dropped earlier in the day.
“My father is a consummate gentleman and has always taken the higher road. He would never speak negatively about his family-especially in the press,” she wrote under the above-mentioned clip after it was showcased on the Queens of Bravo Instagram account.

“He would never speak negatively about his family- especially in the press,” the 43-year-old star continued. “Frankly we are all sick of him using the Hilton name every chance he gets to plug his lame show. It is enough already.”
In the upcoming “Buying Beverly Hills” episode, Umansky, 53, brings up his fallout with the Hilton family that occurred after he left their Hilton & Hyland real estate agency in Los Angeles over a decade ago.
“I think I got kind of f–ked by Hilton & Hyland,” the real estate expert recalled. “And when I say f–ked, you know, like, today I’m happy, but there was a hundred agents at Hilton & Hyland.”
He continued, “They did a billion dollars for the first time a year. I was 19.6 percent of their production.”
Umansky remembered that he thought he deserved to be made partner because he contributed so much to the agency, but when he asked Rick for equity in the company, Rick turned him down.
So, Umansky quit and started The Agency, which he founded in 2011. It has since become a major real estate firm and is featured on his Netflix series.

His exit from Hilton & Hyland didn’t sit well with the Hilton family, and according to Umansky, it deeply affected his now-estranged wife, Kyle Richards.
“You know, her family stopped speaking to her,” he revealed. “But she understood that what was done to me was wrong and she stood by me and, at the end of the day, I needed that.”
Richards is sisters with Kathy Hilton, Rick’s wife of more than 40 years.
This was not the first time Umansky spoke about the family rift. He previously recalled the drama in his 2023 book, “The Dealmaker.”
He claimed if Rick has “paid [him] what [he] deserved” and “showed [him] an inkling of professional love,” he would have stayed at Hilton & Hyland.
He also claimed in April 2023 to Us Weekly that the family had moved on from the drama.
“I just hope that as Rick and the family read my book, they realize that my stories are facts and real, and I’m certainly not throwing anything at them, because I love them more than anything,” he noted.
