Alexis Bellino and John Janssen are looking forward to the next chapter in their love story.
The reality TV couple teased that an engagement is on the horizon while speaking exclusively to Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast Sunday at DIRECTV’s Streaming with the Stars party at Spago Beverly Hills.
“I cannot picture my life without her,” Janssen, 61, said when asked if he has plans to propose to the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star, 47.

Bellino, for her part, suspects that her boyfriend will get down on one knee in the near future. “I think probably,” she said with a bright smile, suggesting that the pair has discussed marriage.
As for a televised wedding, the lovebirds seem keen on giving fans a glimpse at the lead-up to their hypothetical I Dos — even if they’re not sold on the idea of letting cameras inside said ceremony.
“I mean, we’re not airing [it] probably,” said Bellino.

The “RHOC” stalwart — who is back to filming the series in a “friend of” role for Season 18 — was first linked to Janssen, the ex of castmate Shannon Beador, in the fall of 2023.
Last November, a photo of the duo seated at a booth inside The Quiet Woman — a favorite haunt of Beador’s in Newport Beach, Calif. — set the Bravo fandom ablaze, prompting speculation of a romance.
By December, Bellino and Janssen confirmed they were together by packing on the PDA during a holiday party with pals. Subsequently, she revealed via Instagram that her new beau gifted her a promise ring for Christmas — and also dropped the L-word.
