Jennifer Lopez knows what makes a gown timeless.
The “This Is Me…Now” singer, 54, has stepped out in tons of memorable outfit throughout her decades-long career, from puffy pink creations to that iconic plunging green dress from Versace .
But when she said “I do” to Ben Affleck, 51, back in August 2022, the fashion icon wanted to be sure she wore a wedding dress that represented her and also made sense for the Riceboro, Georgia nuptials.
“We got married down in Savannah and I wanted it to be traditionally Latin, but also be kind of Southern Belle-ish at times,” she revealed in a recent interview with Vogue where she spoke about some of her past outfits.
For her big day, Lopez turned to Ralph Lauren and ultimately ended up walking down the aisle in a ruffled, cap-sleeved gown that featured a cutout in the back.
“There’s a mix of that, they certainly accomplished that with this dress,” she noted. “It had a long train that was so hard to walk in.”

Later on in the night, she wore a sleeveless, cutout design from the same brand.
Of course, Lopez wasn’t just satisfied with one wedding gown — she actually wore three different Ralph Lauren dresses at the over-the-top ceremony and reception.
After saying “I do,” the superstar changed into a jaw-dropping chandelier-inspired gown that was dripping in thousands of cascading strings of pearls and Swarovski crystal embellishments.
And, J. Lo slipped into something slinky to party the rest of the night away, donning a Swarovski crystal-embellished keyhole mermaid gown, topped with an organza hood.
The couple — who were once engaged 20 years prior to getting hitched — actually were legally wed in a Las Vegas ceremony earlier in the summer, for which Lopez wore something sentimental “from an old movie.”
When speaking with PvNew recently, she cleared up exactly the origins of the mystery white dress.
“It’s not from a movie. I never wore it in a movie,” she said, adding that she simply had the $5,175 Alexander McQueen dress in her closet thanks to a press tour the year before. “I had it because I was doing like, photo shoots and performances of ‘Marry Me’ everywhere.”
The bride also ended up having multiple outfit changes at her low-key Vegas wedding as well, changing at one point into a long-sleeved lace Zuhair Murad gown, which she later shared photos of on Instagram.
And, while Lopez is gearing up to celebrate her two-year anniversary this summer, she’s not quite done with rocking bridal looks.
The star recently wore yet another white wedding dress for her “Can’t Get Enough” music video, where she danced and sang in skin-baring Frolov design that featured a heart cutout.
We just can’t get enough of her bridal vibes, too.
