Kristin Cavallari says she “dodged a f–king bullet” by rejecting Sean “Diddy” Combs in her early 20s.
Cavallari, now 37, claimed during Tuesday’s episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast that the music mogul once showered her with Valentine’s Day gifts while trying to score a date.
“I was 22, I believe, we had a mutual friend, he got my number, whatever,” the “Laguna Beach” alum recalled.
“He sent me the biggest bouquet of flowers I’ve ever seen. The biggest box of chocolates I’ve ever seen. A huge teddy bear.”
The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper, who was recently accused of sexual assault by several women, also sent her bottles of his DeLeón tequila.
“I mean, it was like, ‘Holy s–t.’ I mean, it was multiple people bringing s–t into my house,” she said. “It was like s–t you see in a movie.”
The rapper, now 54, allegedly told Cavallari that he had a “TV crush” on her and wanted to take her out on a date, which she ultimately declined.
Although she didn’t go out with Combs, the reality star admitted that it was a bit tempting.
“I mean, there’s obviously a part where you’re like, ‘Whoa, this guy is spoiling the s—t out of me.’ Like that’s so sweet, and I’ve never met this guy,” she explained.
While the idea of dating Combs was exciting at the time, Cavallari has since realized that the grand gestures were a “red flag.”
“Now, as an adult, I’m like, ‘Red f–king flag!'” she said. “I mean, that’s some love-bombing kind of s—t.”
Despite turning him down, Cavallari said Combs “kept asking [her] out” until she made it clear that she was not interested.
“I could never just go on a date with someone because it was so-and-so,” she explained. “I have always had to be attracted to you. … I don’t want to be the arm candy.”
Reps for Combs did not immediately respond to Pvnew’s request for comment.
Both Cavallari and her co-host, Justin Anderson, noted that Combs has been in “hot water” recently amid a slew of sexual assault accusations.
The rapper’s ex-girlfriend Cassie filed a lawsuit against him in November 2023, claiming that he raped her, physically abused her and forced her to have sex with male prostitutes during their 10-year relationship.
Combs vehemently denied the claims and the pair settled the lawsuit just one day after it was filed — only for three more women to come forward.
Most recently, he was accused of gang-raping and sex-trafficking a 17-year-old girl when she was in the 11th grade.
The “I Need A Girl” rapper once again denied the “sickening allegations” after the lawsuit was filed, writing “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” on his Instagram.
“For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,” he wrote.
“Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
