Emily Blunt and John Krasinski are reportedly laughing off rumors that they’re heading for splitsville.
After a viral video of the couple talking on the Golden Globes 2024 red carpet sparked breakup chatter, a source has denied problems in their marriage.
“There are no issues with Emily and John,” an insider told Us Weekly Thursday. “They are absolutely not talking about divorce.”
The source added, “They think the rumors are funny and ridiculous.”
Reps for Blunt and Krasinski did not immediately respond to Pvnew’s request for comment.
Some fans had speculated that the “Jack Ryan” star told his wife that he “can’t wait to get a divorce” as they posed for photos together at the awards ceremony.
However, the situation had users divided as others theorized that he said, “I can’t wait to get indoors.”
Rumors of trouble in paradise continued to swirl when the “Devil Wears Prada” actress attended the Governors Awards solo on Tuesday night.
Blunt, 40, and Krasinski, 44, tied the knot in 2010 and share two daughters, Hazel, 9, and Violet, 7, whom they keep out of the spotlight.
One of Hollywood’s power couples, they have won fans’ hearts over the years by raving about each other in interviews.
For instance, in a 2013 chat with InStyle (via E! News), Blunt sweetly stated that meeting the “Office” alum “changed [her] life.”
“When I feel the support that I have from him, I feel invincible,” she added.
“There’s someone behind you on your good days and someone in front of you on your bad days.”
And in 2021, Kraskinski called the “Oppenheimer” star “the best collaborator of [his] entire life” during a Q&A session for “A Quiet Place 2.”
