Blac Chyna is starting 2024 on a “painful” note.
The mom of two revealed that one of her breasts “got encapsulated” due to complications from her breast implant reduction surgery.
“Quick story time about the breasts,” Chyna — born Angela White — said in a black-and-white video shared to Instagram Sunday.
“So, earlier this year, I was like, ‘You know what, I wanna take out my boobs. I’m over it I’m kinda tired of the fake look they’re too big for my body, too big for my frame and it just doesn’t fit me as a person anymore,'” she added.
Chyna said the doctor suggested she go “smaller” to see how her skin retracts.
She shared that they decided to take her breasts down to size 385cc, however, that’s when she began to have issues.
“One of the worst things that could happen happened. One of my breasts got encapsulated,” the former reality star said, adding, “This is something that can happen whenever you do surgery.”
Chyna said the muscle in her left breast “contracted around the implant,” which was “so painful.”
“Out of all of the times I’ve had my breasts done, it’s never happened,” Chyna noted.
The “Rob & Chyna” alum, 35, said she had a second surgery on Dec. 21 to take her breast size down even further to 190cc after her doctor warned her that she needed “some type of implant” to prevent her boobs from being “mush” and causing further problems in the years ahead.
“These surgeries are so expensive to where it’s though, like, really something I have to keep up keeping,” she added.
Despite the complications, Chyna said she is “very happy” and “excited” because she is now part of the “Itty Bitty Titty Committee.”
The former video vixen made several “life-changing” transformations in 2023.
In March, Chyna announced that she was undergoing surgery to remove her breast and butt injections and her face fillers.
She also removed “demonic” tattoos from her body and got baptized.
Additionally, the “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” alum deactivated her onlyFans account, which reportedly raked in millions of dollars, to be a better role model for her two kids: son King, 11, and daughter Dream, 7, whom she shares with exes Tyga and Rob Kardashian, respectively.
“I’m just changing everything about me,” Chyna explained on the “Jason Lee Show” earlier this year. “It’s a dead end. All that stuff is a dead end, and I know that I’m worth way more than that.”
In September, Chyna celebrated one year of sobriety.
